摘 要:供气可靠性优化分配能够用于识别天然气管道系统中的薄弱单元,为运行管理和维抢修提供指导。为进一步确定管道供气系统中的薄弱单元,以提升供气可靠性所需费用最低为优化目标,以供气可靠性为约束条件,建立一种新型费用函数模型。将供气可靠性影响因素与费用函数模型相结合,采用可行度等参数量化影响因素与费用之间的关系。采用粒子群算法求解费用函数模型,确定各管道和压气站的供气可靠性优化指标。针对某天然气管道系统,根据费用函数模型进行供气可靠性优化分配,结果表明,该方法能够根据提升可靠性的难易程度,合理地将供气可靠性指标分配至各管道和压气站。此优化方法相较于无约束分配更贴合实际,能够避免过度分配,为增强供气可靠性提供科学依据。The optimal allocation of gas supply reliability can be used to identify the weak units of gas supply in the natural gas pipeline system and provide guidance for operation management and maintenance&repair.In order to further determine the weak unit of gas supply,a new cost function model is established with the minimum cost of improving gas supply reliability as the optimization objective and gas supply reliability as the constraint condition.The influence factors of gas supply reliability are combined with the cost function model,and the feasibility and other parameters are used to quantify the relationship between the influence factors and the cost.The paper uses the particle swarm optimization algorithm to solve the cost function model and determine the optimization index of gas supply reliability of each unit.For a natural gas pipeline system,it carries out the optimal allocation of gas supply reliability according to the cost function model.The results show that the method can reasonably allocate the reliability index of gas supply to each pipeline and compressor station according to the reliability improvement difficulty.Compared with unconstrained allocation,the method is more practical since it can avoid excessive allocation and provide a scientific basis for enhancin g the reliability of gas supply.
