摘  要:为解决传统轮胎式集装箱起重机(rubber-tyred container gantry crane,RTG)作业过程中的晃动问题,根据八绳缠绕系统的防摇原理,提出改变吊具上架滑轮组的偏转角度以及吊点位置的升级改造方法,提高传统RTG的装卸效率。在三维建模软件中完成RTG模型建立,导入Adams中建立绳索和滑轮组模型并设置约束和驱动。将传统RTG的滑轮组分别偏转15°、30°和45°,分别在满载、空载、偏载的情况下给予相同的驱动条件进行吊装仿真。结果表明:偏转滑轮组具有一定的防摇能力,且偏转15°的滑轮组防摇效果最佳;与改造前相比,偏转15°的滑轮组满载的摆幅衰减量为95.75%、空载的摆幅衰减量为78.32%、偏载的摆幅衰减量为83.51%,防摇效果明显提高。To solve the issue of sway during the operation of traditional rubber-tyred container gantry crane(RTG),based on the anti-sway principle of the eight-ropes winding system,the upgrading and renovation methods are proposed to improve the loading and unloading efficiency of traditional RTGs by changing the deflection angle of pulley group on lifting device and the lifting point position.The RTG model is built in the 3D modeling software,and then it is imported into Adams to complete the rope and pulley group modeling,and to set constraints and drives.The traditional RTG pulley group is deflected by 15°,30°,and 45°respectively,and the lifting processes of full load,no load,and off load conditions are simulated under the same driving condition.The results show that the deflection pulley group has a certain anti-sway ability,and the pulley group with a deflection of 15°has the best anti-sway effect;compared with the original model,while the pulley group is deflected by 15°,the swing attenuation of full load is 95.75%,the swing attenuation of empty load is 78.32%,and the swing attenuation of unbalanced load is 83.51%,and the anti-sway effect is significantly improved.
