磁性石墨烯多孔环糊精印迹聚合物对喹诺酮类抗生素的吸附性能研究

摘  要:以磁性氧化石墨烯(MGO)为载体基质,二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯(EGDMA)为交联剂,甲基丙烯酸(MAA)为功能单体,β-环糊精(β-CD)为模板分子制备磁性石墨烯多孔环糊精印迹聚合物(MGO@β-CDMIP)。采用红外光谱(FTIR)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、比表面积及孔径分析仪(BET)、扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)表征了MGO@β-CDMIP的结构和性能,考察了MGO@β-CDMIP对双氟沙星(DFLX)、恩诺沙星(ENR)、沙拉沙星(SRAX)、环丙沙星(CIP)、吡哌酸(PIP)、恶喹酸(OXO)等6种喹诺酮类抗生素(QNs)的吸附性能。由表征结果可知,成功制备了MGO@β-CDMIP,相比磁性石墨烯非印迹聚合物(MGO@NIP),MGO@β-CDMIP分散性更好、具有更高的比表面积和孔容,对6种QNs的吸附量远高于MGO@NIP。由静态吸附和动态吸附结果可知,MGO@β-CDMIP吸附过程符合Freundlich模型和准二级动力学模型,MGO@β-CDMIP具有多种吸附位点,吸附速率受化学吸附控制。Magnetic graphene oxide(MGO)as a carrier matrix,ethylene glycol dimethacrylate(EGDMA)as a cross-linker,metha-crylic acid(MAA)as a functional monomer,andβ-cyclodextrin(β-CD)as a template molecule were used to prepare magnetic gra-phene porous cyclodextrin imprinted polymer(MGO@β-CDMIP).The structure and properties of MGO@β-CDMIP were character-ized by infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),X-ray diffractometer(XRD),specific surface area,pore size analyzer(BET),scanning elec-tron microscopy(SEM)and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).The adsorption properties of MGO@β-CDMIP on six quinolone antibiotics(QNs),including diflufloxacin(DFLX),enrofloxacin(ENR),sarafloxacin(SRAX),ciprofloxacin(CIP),pipecolic acid(PIP),and oxoquinoxacin(OXO),were investigated.From the characterisation results,MGO@β-CDMIP was successfully pre pared,and compared with magnetic graphene non-imprinted polymer(MGO@NIP),MGO@β-CDMIP had better dispersion,higher specific surface area and pore volume,and the adsorption amount of the six QNs was much higher than that of MGO@NIP.From the static adsorption and dynamic adsorption results,it was found that the adsorption process of MGO@β-CDMIP is consistent with the Freundlich model and the quasi-secondary kinetic model,and MCO@β-CDMIP has multiple adsorption sites and the adsorption rate is controlled by chemisorption.
