新形势下的企业金融与公共经济管理策略研究

摘　　要：企业金融与公共经济的战略规划是企业发展的命脉,关系着企业生存、运营、升级、转型等一系列重大决策的成败。因此,对新形势下的企业金融与公共经济管理进行研究,找出其中内在规律并提出行之有效的意见,对推动新兴企业发展与传统企业升级,促进市场活跃度及维护良性竞争的商业氛围至关重要。文章阐述了企业金融与公共经济管理的相关概念,及其实操过程中的5个难点:发现并找准突破口、外部环境的不确定性、经济政策的不确定性、金融与实体经济的融合难题、资源配置能力有待提高。对新形势下的企业金融与公共经济管理进行研究,并提出9点管理策略:健全企业金融及公共经济管理机制及明确管理目标、全面加强企业管理、制定长期并符合企业发展目标的战略规划、改进企业经营模式、优化人力资源体制、引入先进技术手段、加强政企合作、注重社会责任、提高企业抗风险能力,以期为推动新兴企业发展与传统企业升级提供若干参考。Strategic planning for corporate finance and public economics is the lifeblood of a company's development,as it is crucial to the success of a series of major decisions related to the company's survival,operation,upgrade,and transformation.Therefore,studying corporate finance and public economic management under the new situation,identifying the inherent laws,and proposing effective suggestions are of utmost importance in driving the development of emerging enterprises and the upgrading of traditional enterprises,as well as in promoting market vibrancy and maintaining a healthy business environment.This article expounds on the relevant concepts of corporate finance and public economic management,as well as five key challenges in the operational process:identifying and targeting the right breakthrough points,the uncertainty of the external environment,the uncertainty of economic policies,the challenge of integrating finance and the real economy,the need to enhance resource allocation capabilities.The article explores the corporate finance and public economic management under the new situation and proposes nine management strategies,including improving the corporate finance and public economic management mechanism,clarifying management objectives and comprehensively strengthening corporate management,formulating long-term strategic plans aligned with the enterprise's development goals,improving the business model,optimizing the human resources system,introducing advanced technological means,strengthening government-enterprise cooperation,focusing on social responsibility,enhancing the enterprise's risk resistance capabilities.It is hoped that this will provide some reference for promoting the development of emerging enterprises and the upgrading of traditional enterprises.
