摘　　要：1996年格洛托夫斯基将“耶日·格洛托夫斯基工作中心”更名为“耶日·格洛托夫斯基与汤姆斯·理查兹工作中心”,标志着格氏将工作中心的领导权移交给了汤姆斯·理查兹。汤姆斯带领工作中心团队延续着格氏的训练方法和戏剧探索,在全球范围内开展工作坊、研讨会以及小规模作品展演,继续格洛托夫斯基的“艺乘”实践。2022年1月,汤姆斯宣布关闭工作中心。同年2月,工作中心的核心成员成立了新的戏剧艺术研究机构TheatreNoTheatre,虽然成立了“去格洛托夫斯基”的新机构,但其实践活动依然关注“内在行动”,探究包含表演元素的古老传统,传递着格氏的“艺乘”研究及其精神价值。In 1996,Grotowski changed the name of the"Workcenter of Jerzy Grotowski"to"Workcenter of Jerzy Grotowski and Thomas Richards",which means that the responsibility of the workcenter was transferred to Thomas Richards.In January 2022,Thomas announced the closure of the workcenter.In February,the core members of the Workcenter established a new theatre arts research company,Theatre No Theatre.Although the establishment of the new"de-Grotowski"company,its practical activities are still focused on"inner action",explor-ing the ancient tradition of performance elements,passing on the"art as vehicle"research and spiritual values of Grotowski.
