摘 要:“双师型”作为职业本科教育教师的身份标志,是教师能力提升、专业发展和队伍建设的核心旨向。职业本科教育教师的“双师”素养具有知识高阶性、技能延展性、教学适应性、服务创新性和跨界协同性等内涵特征。有必要围绕“双师”素养的核心内涵,进一步健全职前培养体系、建立职业准入机制、畅通职后成长路径、完善教师评价制度、加强教师团队建设,从教师发展全过程和师资管理全方位推进职业本科教育教师队伍建设。As the identity mark of vocational undergraduate education teachers,“Double-Qualified”is the core direction of teacher capacity enhancement,professional development and team building.The“Double-Qualified”literacy of vocational undergraduate education teachers has the connotative features of high-level knowledge,skill extension,pedagogical adaptability,service innovation and cross-border collaboration.It is necessary to further improve the preservice training system,establish a professional access mechanism,smooth the post-service growth path,perfect teacher evaluation systems,and strengthen teacher team building around the core connotations of“Double-Qualified”literacy,promoting the construction of vocational undergraduate education faculty from all aspects of teacher development and teacher resource management.
