In order to reduce the pollution of water resources caused by wastewater generated during the construction of water conservancy projects, the current situation of water environment pollution in the basin during water conservancy project construction and microbial remediation technology are proposed.Taking a flood control project in a certain watershed as an example, water samples were collected and the pollution status was analyzed.Guided by immobilized microbial technology, microbial remediation microspheres for the remediation of contaminated water bodies are prepared. The results show that the concentration of suspended solids in the downstream is higher than that in the upstream and midstream, and there is heavy metal pollution in the water of the watershed. The biochemical oxygen demand in the watershed fluctuates between 15~30 mg/L,indicating that the water environment of the construction watershed has been moderately polluted.Compared with before restoration, the biochemical oxygen demand of the repaired water decreased from 27.63 mg/L to 7.44 mg/L mg/L,and the pollution level decreased from moderate to mild, which proves the remediation effect of immobilized microbial technology.
