摘  要:设置4个采样点分析长荡湖6个理化因子的分布特征并综合评价水质现状,同时基于16S rRNA高通量测序技术对微生物群落进行调查。结果表明:丰水期长荡湖南部片区污染最为严重,其中超标因子为TN、TP;但长荡湖总体水质达标。长荡湖共检测出微生物群落32门378科467属;不同片区优势菌门、科、属种类相似,但相对丰度却有所差异。Alpha多样性分析结果显示,长荡湖微生物群落多样性和丰富度呈现北部片区>东部片区>南部片区>中部片区的规律;且长荡湖微生物群落与空间位置、外源输入有关。这为长荡湖污染防治和生态修复提供了数据支撑。Four sampling sites were set up to analyse the distribution characteristics of six physicochemical factors in Changdang Lake and to comprehensively evaluate current water quality,while the microbial community structure was investigated based on 16S rRNA high-throughput sequencing technology.The results showed that the southern part of Changdang Lake was the most seriously polluted during the wet season,and the exceeding factors were TN and TP;however,the overall water quality of Changdang Lake reached the standard.The microbial communities in Changdang Lake were detected in 32 phylums,378 families and 467 genera;the dominant phylums,families and genera were similar in different areas,but the relative abundance was different.Alpha diversity analysis showed that the diversity and abundance of microbial communities in Changdang Lake showed a pattern of northern area>eastern area>southern area>central area.The microbial community of Changdang Lake was associated with spatial location and rivers entering Changdang Lake.This provided data support for pollution prevention and ecological restoration of Changdang Lake.
