摘　　要：七台河市是一座新兴工业城市,其兴起与煤炭资源密切相关,具备关键的生态环境保障战略地位。习总书记提出的“绿水青山就是金山银山”理念为七台河市的可持续发展提供了重要指引。此研究以大气污染与空气质量、农业生态环境以及绿色产业为三个维度,深刻分析了七台河市目前所面临的环境问题与挑战。在总结地区优势的基础上,从空间要素服务于产业调整的角度提出了资源型城市转型的构想。最后,文章提出了一系列具体而有针对性的环境可持续发展措施与未来展望,为七台河市科学推进生态环境建设与产业结构调整提供了有力的理论支持。Qitaihe has a key strategic position in ecological and environmental protection as a newly industrialized city whose development is closely related to coal resources.The concept of“green water and green mountains is golden silver mountains”put forward by General Secretary Xi provides an important guideline for the sustainable development of Qitaihe City.This study analyzes the environmental problems and challenges of Qitaihe City in three dimensions:air pollution and air quality,agro-ecological environment,and green industry.It puts forward the concept of resource-oriented urban transformation from the perspective of spatial elements for industrial adjustment,based on the summary of regional advantages.Finally,this paper provides strong theoretical support for the scientific promotion of ecological environment construction and industrial structure adjustment in Qitaihe City,and proposes a series of specific and targeted environmental sustainable development measures and future prospects.
