摘  要:目的分析临床生化检测工作中脂肪酶(LPS)试剂携带的污染对于血清总胆汁酸(TBA)水平检测结果的影响。方法采用循环酶法检测不同样本中血清TBA水平,观察LPS的R1和R2试剂对于血清TBA检测的携带污染。结果LPS的R1和R2检测试剂均对血清TBA水平的检测存在显著的干扰(P<0.05),且这种干扰作用呈现递减趋势。结论血清TBA水平检测易受到LPS检测试剂的干扰。在临床检测工作中,检测人员可通过将互相干扰的项目设置在不同的检测模块中,从而保证检测水平的可靠性和准确度。Objective To analyze the interference effect of contamination carried by lipase(LPS)on the detection of serum total bile acid(TBA)levels in clinical biochemical tests.Methods Circulating enzyme method was applied to detect TBA levels in different serum samples,and the contaminations of LPS R1 and R2 reagents for serum TBA detection were also observed.Results Both LPS R1 and R2 detection reagents showed significant interference effect on the detection results of serum TBA levels(all P<0.05),and this interference effect displayed a decreasing trend.Conclusion There is contamination carried by LPS reagents,which could affect the accuracy of the serum TBA detection results.Clinical testing personnel can set items that interfere with each other in different testing modules to ensure the reliability and accuracy of the results.
