摘 要:为合理分析带模注浆材料参数对拱顶脱空衬砌的补强效果,建立考虑注浆层与混凝土层间黏结力的隧道数值模型,针对注浆层厚度、材料强度及黏结强度3种关键参数展开分析。结果表明,带模注浆能有效改善衬砌受力,减少拱顶沉降;材料强度越高,注浆效果越好,但提升效率递减;黏结强度良好但材料强度不足时,注浆效果随材料强度增大和层厚减小而提升;材料强度合适时,注浆层厚对衬砌受力影响较小。To accurately analyze the reinforcement effect of mold grouting material parameters on vault voids in tunnel linings,a numerical model of the tunnel was established considering the bonding strength between the grouting layer and the concrete layer.Three key parameters of grouting layer thickness,material strength and bond strength were analyzed.The results show that mold grouting can effectively improve the stress conditions of the lining and reduce vault settlement.Higher material strength results in better effects,but the efficiency of improvement decreases.When the bonding strength is good but the material strength is insufficient,the effect improves with increased material strength and reduced layer thickness.In addition,the thickness of the grouting layer has minimal impact on the lining's stress conditions with appropriate material strength.
