摘 要:目的:分析2011—2021年海南省护理人力资源结构分布情况及变化趋势,以期为海南省护理人力资源优化配置提供一定参考依据。方法:运用描述性统计、洛伦兹曲线、基尼系数和泰尔指数等方法对海南护理人力资源空间分布情况和发展趋势进行分析。结果:2011—2021年海南省注册护士按人口分布的基尼系数在0.158~0.218;按面积分布的基尼系数均在0.4~0.5。注册护士按人口分布的总泰尔指数小于按面积分布的总泰尔指数,按人口分布的泰尔指数区域内差异贡献值大于区域间差异贡献值,按面积分布的泰尔指数区域内差异贡献值小于区域间差异贡献值。结论:2011—2021年海南省护理人力资源总量逐年增长,按人口分布的护理人力资源公平性较好,按面积分布的护理人力资源配置相对不公平;区域内差异是导致按人口分布护理人力资源配置不公平的主要原因,区域间差异是导致按面积分布护理人力资源配置不公平的主要原因。Objective:To analyze the distribution and trend of nursing human resource structure in Hainan Province from 2011 to 2021,in order to provide a certain reference basis for optimizing the allocation of nursing human resources in Hainan Province.Method:Descriptive statistics,Lorentz curve,Gini coefficient,and Thiel index were used to analyze the spatial distribution and development trend of nursing human resources in Hainan.Results:From 2011 to 2021,the Gini coefficient of registered nurses in Hainan Province was 0.158-0.218 based on population distribution;The Gini coefficients of the Wei area distribution are all between 0.4 and 0.5.The total Theil index of registered nurses based on population distribution is smaller than that based on area distribution.The contribution value of regional differences in the Theil index based on population distribution is greater than that of regional differences.The contribution value of regional differences in the Theil index based on area distribution is smaller than that of regional differences.Conclusions:The total amount of nursing human resources in Hainan Province increased year by year from 2011-2021.The fairness of nursing human resources distributed by population was good,and the allocation of nursing human resources distributed by area was relatively unfair;Regional differences are the main reason for the unfair allocation of nursing human resources based on population distribution,while regional differences are the main reason for the unfair allocation of nursing human resources based on area distribution.
