药对组方应用方法及思路探讨

摘　　要：药对是历代医家处方用药经验的结晶,常作为方剂的基本组成部分而被医者广泛使用,故如何用好药对成为中医临床的必修课。文章系统总结了药对应用的主要形式、思维要点,以及影响药对功用的基本因素,从临床角度阐明了药对组方应用的方法和思路,以期为今后药对临床的合理、规范化应用提供理论指导。Chinese medicine pairs represent the crystallization of the clinical prescription medication of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)doctors spanning generations,often as a basic component of the prescription and widely used by doctors,so effectively utilizing Chinese medicine pairs has become a fundamental requirement for doctors specializing in TCM.This paper systematically summarizes Chinese medicine pair applications’main forms,the main points of thinking,and the basic factors that influence their functionality.It elucidates the approaches and strategies for incorporating Chinese medicine pairs from the clinical point of view,aiming to provide theoretical guidance for the future rational and standardized clinical application of Chinese medicine pairs.
