摘 要:沉管隧道建成运行期间不产生阻水,在自身安全的前提下,对河道防洪安全几乎无不利影响,因此,防洪评价工作常得不到建设单位、主体工程设计单位和防洪评价报告编制单位的足够重视。沉管隧道施工期,基槽开挖、施工围堰、破堤、复堤等的设计和施工对防洪安全的影响最大,是防洪评价也是技术审查工作的重点。以具体沉管隧道工程为例,从选址、选线、埋深、施工、消除和减轻影响措施等方面出发,全面分析了防洪评价报告存在的主要问题,并提出具体的修改补充意见,为防洪评价报告通过审查审批奠定基础。During the completion and operation of the immersed tunnel,there is no water blockage,and under the premise of its own safety,there is almost no adverse impact on the flood control safety of the river,so the flood control evaluation work often does not get enough attention from the construction unit,the main engineering design unit and the flood control evaluation unit.During the construction period of immersed tunnel,the design and construction of foundation trench excavation,construction cofferdam,embankment breaking,double embankment,etc.,have the greatest impact on flood control safety,which is the focus of flood control evaluation and technical review.Taking the specific immersed tunnel project as an example,this paper comprehensively analyzes the main problems existing in the flood control evaluation report from the aspects of site selection,route selection,burial depth,construction,elimination and mitigation measures,and puts forward specific supplementary suggestions for modification,so as to lay the foundation for the flood control evaluation report to pass the technical review.
