针对性健康教育在青少年精神障碍患儿父母中的应用

摘　　要：目的分析针对性健康教育在青少年精神障碍患儿父母中的应用效果。方法选取2023年1月至4月山东颐养健康集团肥城医院收治的60例青少年精神障碍患儿的父母作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组各30例。对照组采用常规宣教,研究组采用针对性健康教育。比较两组疾病知识掌握度及焦虑、抑郁情绪、护理满意度。结果研究组疾病机制、治疗药物、治疗原则、治疗必要性、家属对患儿病情的影响及生活护理的掌握度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,研究组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表、汉密尔顿焦虑量表、汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理总满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为青少年精神障碍患儿父母提供针对性健康教育可提高其精神障碍疾病知识的掌握度,缓解心理压力,提高护理满意度。Objective To analyze the application effect of targeted health education in parents of children with adolescent mental disorders.Methods From January to April 2023,a total of 60 parents of children with adolescent mental disorders admitted to Feicheng Hospital of Shandong Yiyang Health Group were selected and divided into the control group and the study group by the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine education,while the study group received targeted health education.The disease knowledge mastery level,anxiety and depression emotions,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The mastery levels of disease mechanism,therapeutic drugs,therapeutic principles,therapeutic necessity,the influence of family members on disease of children,and life nursing in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale,self-rating depression scale,Hamilton anxiety scale,and Hamilton depression scale in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total rate of nursing satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Providing targeted health education for children with adolescent mental disorders can im prove their knowledge of m ental disorders,alleviate their ps ychological pressure,and increas e their nursing satisfaction.
