摘  要:实践教学对于提升学生的综合能力、达成新工科人才培养目标具有至关重要的作用。介绍了以培养新工科领军人才为目标,在高校、学会、企业“三位一体”教学理念下构建多层次、全覆盖实践教学体系的路径。在实践教学过程中,结合不同年级学生的知识体系及大类专业培养目标,设置基本能力训练、综合理论应用、创新能力培养等全覆盖的实践教学环节;针对科研、竞赛、创业等不同实践目标,设置理论创新、思维拓展、实践探索等多层次的实践教学项目。在项目内容设计、过程实施及成果考核阶段,由本校教师及工程技术人员组成指导团队,同时邀请产业界和专业学会的专家参与教学工作,以便使学生掌握最新的行业信息,保证实践教学效果,支撑新工科人才培养目标实现。Practical training played a crucial role in improving students'comprehensive abilities and achieving the goal of cultivating emerging engineering education talents.This article introduces the path of constructing multi-level and full covered practical training system under the"trinity"teaching concept of universities,societies and enterprises with the aim of cultivating emerging engineering education leaders.The fully covered practical training,included the basic ability,theoretical application,and innovative ability were set up based on the knowledge system of students of different grades,in the process of practical training.The multi-level projects of theoretical innovation,thinking expansion,and practical exploration were set up for the different goals such as scientifi c research,competitions,and entrepreneurship.In the stages of project design,process implementation,and achievement assessment,a guidance team was composed of teachers and engineers from universities.At the same time,experts from the industry and associations were invited to participate in teaching work to grasp the latest industry information,ensure practical teaching effectiveness,and support the goal of cultivating emerging engineering education talents.
