摘　　要：我国部分应用型高校联合地方政府、行业企业,面向产业需求建立了各类型的现代产业学院。随着实践过程的不断深化,建设成效不断显现。通过梳理当前产业学院建设的情况,从现代产业学院的逻辑特征和关键问题等方面提出措施和策略,以期完善现代产业学院建设和管理制度,累积实践办学经验,为现代产业学院更好发展提供参考。Some applied undergraduate universities in China have collaborated with local governments and industry enterprises to establish various types of modern industrial colleges tailored to industrial needs.With the continuous deepening of the practical process,the construction results have also been continuously demonstrated.By reviewing the current situation of the construction of industrial colleges,measures and strategies are proposed from the logical characteristics and key issues of modern industrial colleges,in order to improve the construction and management system of modern industrial colleges,accumulate practical experience in running schools,and provide reference for the better development of modern industrial colleges.
