调神法针刺联合消痞导滞丸治疗对功能性消化不良伴焦虑抑郁患者焦虑、抑郁评分和血清胃肠激素水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察调神法针刺联合消痞导滞丸治疗对功能性消化不良(FD)伴焦虑抑郁患者焦虑、抑郁评分和血清胃肠激素水平的影响。方法:采用随机数字表法将138例FD伴焦虑抑郁患者分为对照组(69例,常规治疗和消痞导滞丸治疗)和观察组(69例,对照组的基础上给予调神法针刺治疗)。对比两组临床总有效率、中医证候积分、焦虑评分、抑郁评分和血清胃肠激素水平。结果:与对照组84.06%临床总有效率相比,观察组95.65%临床总有效率更高(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组主症、次症、总分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、生长抑素水平、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分低于对照组,血清胃泌素、胃动素高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:调神法针刺联合消痞导滞丸对FD伴焦虑抑郁的患者具有较好的疗效,可有效改善患者的临床症状,减轻焦虑、抑郁程度,改善胃肠激素水平。Objective:To observe the effect of tiaoshen acupuncture combined with xiaopi daozhi pills on anxiety,depression scores and serum gastrointestinal hormone levels in patients with functional dyspepsia(FD)complicated with anxiety and depression.Methods:138 FD patients with anxiety and depression were divided into control group(69 cases,routine treatment and xiaopi daozhi pill treatment)and observation group(69 cases,tiaoshen acupuncture treatment of regulating spirit method on the basis of control group)by random number table method.The total clinical effective rate,traditional chinese medicine syndrome points,anxiety score,depression score and serum gastrointestinal hormone level were compared between two groups.Results:Compared with the control group's 84.06%total clinical effective rate,the observation group's 95.65%total clinical effective rate was higher(P<0.05).After treatment,the main symptoms,secondary symptoms,total score,Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)score,somatostatin level and hamilton depression scale(HAMD)score in observation group were lower than those in control group,and serum gastrin and motilin were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of tiaoshen acupuncture combined with xiaopi daozhi pill has good therapeutic effect on FD with anxiety and depression,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce the anxiety and depression degree,improve gastrointestinal hormones levels.
