产妇安胶囊联合头孢呋辛酯、缩宫素治疗产后恶露不绝的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的:评价产妇安胶囊联合头孢呋辛酯、缩宫素治疗产后恶露不绝的临床效果。方法:108例产后恶露不绝患者按生成随机数字法随机分为对照组和观察组各54例,对照组采用头孢呋辛酯联合缩宫素进行对症治疗,观察组在此基础上加用产妇安胶囊治疗,两组均持续治疗2周。比较两组临床疗效,子宫压痛消失、腰腹重坠消失、止血及恶露结束时间,治疗前后血液流变学指标、血清性激素水平,并统计治疗期间不良反应发生率。结果:观察组总有效率92.59%较对照组72.22%高(P<0.05);观察组子宫压痛消失、腰腹重坠消失、止血及恶露结束的时间均较对照组短(P<0.05);相较于治疗前,治疗后两组血浆黏度、全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、孕酮(P)、β-绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-hCG)水平均降低,且观察组降低更显著,雌二醇(E2)水平均升高,且观察组升高更显著(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率(5.56%vs 3.70%)差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论:产妇安胶囊联合头孢呋辛酯、缩宫素治疗产后恶露不绝患者可改善临床症状,缩短恶露持续时间,改善血液流变学及血清性激素水平,疗效确切,且安全性高。Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of Chanfuan capsule combined with cefuroxime axetil and oxytocin in the treatment of postpartum lochia.Methods:108 patients with postpartum lochia were randomly divided into control group and observation group,54 cases in each group.The control group was treated with cefuroxime axetil combined with oxytocin for symptomatic treatment,and the observation group was treated with Chanfu'an capsule on this basis.Both groups were treated continuously for 2 weeks.The clinical efficacy,the time of disappearance of uterine tenderness,disappearance of lumbar and abdominal heavy fall,hemostasis and end of lochia,hemorheological indexes,serum sex hormones levels before and post-treatment were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment was counted.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.59%higher than that 72.22%of the control group(P<0.05).The time of disappearance of uterine tenderness,disappearance of lumbar and abdominal heavy fall,hemostasis and end of lochia in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with pre-treatment,the levels of plasma viscosity,whole blood high tangential viscosity,hole blood low tangential viscosity,progesterone(P)andβ-human chorionic gonadotropin(β-hCG)in the two groups decreased post-treatment,and the decrease in the observation group was more significant,while the level of estradiol(E2)increased,and the increase in the observation group was more significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(5.56%vs 3.70%)(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Chanfuan capsule with cefuroxime axetil and oxytocin can improve clinical symptoms,shorten the duration of lochia,improve hemorheology and serum sex hormone levels in the treatment of postpartum lochia patients,with accurate efficacy and high safety.
