鼻窦冠状位与轴位CT平扫对鼻腔鼻窦恶性肿瘤的诊断作用探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨分析鼻腔鼻窦恶性肿瘤病患接受鼻窦冠状位与轴位CT平扫的诊断结果。方法选取我院收治的鼻腔鼻窦恶性肿瘤病患共计82例,时间分布界限2021年1月至2022年12月,全部病患均接受鼻窦冠状位与轴位CT平扫,对比不同诊断方法的有效性。结果鼻腔鼻窦恶性肿瘤容易侵袭多种部位,利用冠状位CT扫描和轴位CT扫描,可发现鼻腔鼻窦恶性肿瘤容易侵袭鼻腔单侧部位;冠状位CT平扫的腺样囊性癌诊断有效率达到100%,鳞状细胞癌诊断有效率达到96.00%,淋巴瘤诊断有效率达到95.83%,相较于轴位CT平扫诊断有效率(75.75%、88.00%、75.00%)明显偏高,差异对比P<0.05。结论在诊断鼻腔鼻窦恶性肿瘤时,鼻窦冠状位CT的诊断有效性更高,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To explore and analyze the diagnostic results of coronal and axial CT plain scans of nasal sinuses in patients with malignant tumors of the nasal cavity and sinuses.Method A total of 82 patients with malignant tumors of the nasal cavity and sinuses admitted to our hospital were selected,with a time distribution range of January 2021 to December 2022.All patients underwent coronal and axial CT scans of the sinuses,and the effectiveness of different diagnostic methods was compared.Result Malignant tumors in the nasal cavity and sinuses are prone to invading multiple parts.By using coronal and axial CT scans,it can be found that malignant tumors in the nasal cavity and sinuses are prone to invading unilateral parts of the nasal cavity;The diagnostic effectiveness rate of coronal CT plain scan for adenoid cystic carcinoma reached 100%,squamous cell carcinoma reached 96.00%,and lymphoma reached 95.83%.Compared with axial CT plain scan,the diagnostic effectiveness rate was significantly higher(75.75%,88.00%,75.00%),and the difference was P<0.05.Conclusion When diagnosing malignant tumors of the nasal cavity and sinuses,the diagnostic effectiveness of coronal CT of the sinuses is higher,and it is worth promoting and applying in clinical practice.
