摘  要:目的探究喉内窥镜下低温射频消融治疗会厌囊肿的效果。方法选取我院2019年1月-2023年3月收治的会厌囊肿患者35例为研究对象,采用低温等离子射频消融手术治疗,进行1~6个月的随访,观察患者疗效。结果所有参与研究的35例患者均行低温等离子射频消融术,其患者在术中、术后无出血现象,患者术后疼痛轻、恢复快、住院周期短,无复发现象。结论会厌囊肿患者行低温射频消融治疗能够改善手术后围手术期的临床指标,其通过减少患者的出血量、缩短手术时间以及缓解患者的疼痛程度,从而促使患者的手术风险降低,并且因该手术治疗手段的医疗费用较低,设备要求简单,值得在临床实践中推广。Objective To investigate the effect of low-temperature radiofrequency ablation under laryngeal endoscope on epiglottic cysts.Method 35 patients with epiglottic cysts admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to March 2023 were selected as the study subjects.Low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation surgery was performed and followed up for 1-6 months to observe the patient's efficacy.Result All 35 patients participating in the study underwent low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation,and there was no bleeding during or after the surgery.The postoperative pain was mild,the recovery was fast,the hospitalization period was short,and there was no recurrence.Conclusion Low temperature radiofrequency ablation treatment for epiglottic cyst patients can improve the clinical indicators during the perioperative period after surgery.It reduces the patient's bleeding volume,shortens the surgical time,and alleviates the patient's pain level,thereby reducing the surgical risk.Moreover,due to the low medical cost and simple equipment requirements of this surgical treatment method,it is worth promoting in clinical practice.
