探究CT扫描对于鼻咽癌合并分泌性中耳炎的诊断意义

摘　　要：目的分析研究CT扫描对于鼻咽癌合并分泌性中耳炎的应用价值。方法本院选取50例鼻咽癌合并分泌性中耳炎患者分析,研究时间起始点范围:2018.12-2021.12,在患者放疗前和放疗后均实施CT检查方法,统计各项指标(鼻咽癌各分期中耳炎检查结果、鼻咽癌放疗前后鼻咽腔情况)分析。结果分析鼻咽癌各分期中耳炎检查结果,放疗前T1、T2、T3、T4阶段扫描结果和放疗后T1、T2、T3、T4扫描结果对比差异显著,P<0.05。分析鼻咽癌放疗前后鼻咽腔情况,和放疗前相比,放疗后鼻咽腔前后径、鼻咽腔横径实际获取数据明显更低,组间对比具有统计学意义,P<0.05。分析诊断准确率,放疗前诊断准确率为97.06%,放疗后诊断准确率为100.00%。结论在鼻咽癌合并分泌性中耳炎患者诊断期间通过予以CT扫描方式,具有提高诊断准确率的效果,且能够帮助医生做出明确诊断,很大程度上提高了诊断水平,在临床中具有借鉴及应用推广价值。Objective To analyze the value of CT scan in nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC)with secretory otitis media(som).Methods 50 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma with secretory otitis media were selected and analyzed.The starting point of the study was from December 2018 to December 2021.CT examination was performed before and after radiotherapy,statistics each index(nasopharyngeal carcinoma each stage otitis media examination result,nasopharyngeal carcinoma before and after radiotherapy nasopharyngeal cavity situation)analysis.Results The results of otitis media in different stages of NPC were analyzed.The results of T 1,T 2,T 3,T 4 scan before radiotherapy and T 1,T 2,T 3,T 4 scan after radiotherapy showed significant difference(p&lt;0.05).Analysis of nasopharyngeal cavity before and after radiotherapy compared with pre-radiotherapy,the actual acquisition of pre-and post-radiotherapy nasopharyngeal cavity diameter data,the actual acquisition of nasopharyngeal cavity transverse diameter data is significantly lower,the comparison between groups has statistical significance,p&lt;0.05.The diagnostic accuracy was 97.06%before radiotherapy and 100.00%after radiotherapy.Conclusion CT scan can improve the accuracy of diagnosis and help doctors make a definite diagnosis in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma and secretory otitis media,it improves the level of diagnosis to a great extent and has the value of reference and application in clinical practice.
