摘 要:目的探讨使用窄带成像(Narrowband Imaging,NBI)技术是否能够更准确的判断鼻咽部肿物的良恶性。方法自2021年09月至2023年03月以初步诊断为鼻咽部肿物的患者作为研究对象,使用具有NBI模式的电子内镜进行鼻咽部检查及活检,对比分析白光模式、NBI模式,以及两者结合观察对鼻咽部不病变的识别能力。结果将白光模式与NBI模式结合诊断鼻咽癌敏感度95.52%,特异度92.06%,阳性预测值92.75%,阴性预测值95.08%。准确率95.30%,经比较后敏感度、阴性预测值、准确率具有统计学差异。结论将白光模式及NBI模式相结合能够更为准确的判断鼻咽部肿物的良恶性,在敏感度、阴性预测值及准确率方面更具优势。Objective To explore whether narrowband imaging(NarrowbandImaging,NBI)can more accurately judge the benign and malignant tumors of nasopharynx.Methods From September 2021 to March 2023,patients with nasopharyngeal tumors were examined and biopsied by electronic endoscope with NBI mode.The white light mode and NBI mode were compared and analyzed,and the recognition ability of nasopharyngeal lesions was observed by the combination of the two modes.Results The sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of white light mode and NBI mode in the diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma were 95.52%,92.06%,92.75%and 95.08%respectively.The accuracy was 95.30%.After comparison,there were statistical differences in sensitivity,negative predictive value and accuracy.Conclusion The combination of white light mode and NBI mode can more accurately judge the benign and malignant nasopharyngeal tumors,and has more advantages in sensitivity,negative predictive value and accuracy.
