CT在副鼻窦肿瘤良别诊断中的应用准确性探讨

摘　　要：目的主要目的在于探究副鼻窦肿瘤良恶性鉴别诊断时应用CT的临床价值,评估其应用准确性。方法采取回顾性分析法筛选2021年1月-2022年12月本院收治的82例副鼻窦肿瘤患者基线资料,入组对象均展开CT检查,观察病变部位、形态、边界、密度、钙化情况,以病理结果为金标准,评估CT诊断的准确性,分析影像学特征。结果CT诊断应用于副鼻窦肿瘤患者诊断期间检出良性肿瘤62例,恶性肿瘤20例,所得结果和病理结果进行比较无显著差异,所得结果呈现为P>0.05。分析副鼻窦肿瘤患者的CT影像学表现,其中良性肿瘤患者以边界清楚、形态规则、无囊变坏死以及骨质破坏为主,恶性肿瘤患者表现为病变组织形态不规则,边界模糊,存在囊性坏死、骨质破坏,表现为浸润性生长。结论副鼻窦肿瘤患者入院以后采取CT诊断可以有效鉴别良性、恶性病变情况,能够充分显示各病变征象,有利于确定肿瘤部位、范围、周围组织以及骨质受累情况,具有较高的借鉴价值。Objective The main purpose is to explore the clinical value of CT in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant accessory sinus tumors.Methods The baseline data of 82 patients with paranasal sinus tumors were screened from January 2021 to December 2022.By CT examination,the lesion site,morphology,boundary,density and calcification were observed,and the pathological results were the gold standard,the accuracy of CT diagnosis was evaluated,and the imaging characteristics were analyzed.Results In CT diagnosis,62 benign tumors and 20 malignant tumors were detected in patients with paranasal sinus tumors during diagnosis,and the obtained results were not significantly different,and the obtained results were presented as P>0.05.The CT imaging manifestations of patients with paranasal sinus tumors were analyzed,among which patients with benign tumors mainly had clear boundaries,morphological rules,no cystic necrosis and bone destruction,while patients with malignant tumors showed irregular diseased tissue morphology,blurred boundary,cystic necrosis,bone destruction,and infiltrative growth.Conclusion CT diagnosis of paranasal sinus tumor patients can effectively identify benign and malignant lesions,and fully show the signs of various lesions,which is conducive to determining the tumor site,scope,surrounding tissue and bone involvement,and has high reference value.
