基于微信平台的营养教育与营养咨询在鼻咽癌放疗患者中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨基于微信平台的营养教育与营养咨询对鼻咽癌放疗患者营养状况的影响。方法选取我科2021年1月至2022年12月收治的60例鼻咽癌放疗患者,根据入院先后顺序分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上联合微信平台进行营养教育与营养咨询。比较两组患者放疗前、后营养相关指标血红蛋白(Hb)、血清白蛋白(ALB)、血清前白蛋白(PA)、NRS2002评分及放射性口腔黏膜炎发生情况。结果干预后,观察组患者营养状况优于对照组,观察组患者放射性口腔黏膜炎发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于微信平台的营养教育与营养咨询可以改善鼻咽癌放疗患者营养状况,降低放射性口腔黏膜炎发生率,有利于患者治疗及预后。Objective To explore the effect of nutrition education and nutrition consultation based on WeChat platform on the nutritional status of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma undergoing radiotherapy.Methods A total of 60 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma who received radiotherapy in our department from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was combined with WeChat platform for nutrition educa-tion and nutrition consultation on the basis of the control group.The nutritionr-elated indicators hemoglobin(Hb),serum albumin(ALB),serum prealbumin(PA),NRS2002 score and the incidence of radiation-induced oral mucositis were compared between the two groups before and after radiotherapy.Results After intervention,the nutritional status of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the incidence of radioactive oral mucositis in the obs-ervation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was stat-istically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nutrition education and nutrition consu-ltation based on WeChat platform can improve the nutritional status of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma undergoing radiotherapy,reduce the incidence of radioactive oral mucositis,and is conducive to the treatment and prognosis of patients.
