摘　　要：介绍眼部抽添法在针刺治疗周围性面瘫眼睑闭合不全中的应用体会。笔者从“气不营(荣),则目不合”入手,认为营荣之气、跷脉之气及阳脉之气的气血不足或不畅是导致周围性面瘫眼睑闭合不全(目不合)的基本病机;将针刺抽添法结合透刺法运用于眼部及眶周腧穴,形成眼部抽添法,同穴补泻、补泻兼施,根据病程及患者气血盛衰,调整补泻偏重,促进气血运行及经络疏通,形成具备完整针刺治疗体系的治疗方案,从而提高临床疗效,体现了注重传统针刺手法在临床应用中的重要性。This article introduces the experience of application of ocular uplifting and pressing method in acupuncture for the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis with lagopthalmus.Starting from the idea that"if qi is not nourished,the eyes can't close",the author thinks that the insufficiency or inhibition of qi and blood of nutrient qi,qiao-vessel qi and yang-vessel qi is the basic pathogenesis of peripheral facial paralysis with lagopthalmus.The uplifting and pressing method in acupuncture combined with penetrating needling method have been applied to the eyes and periorbital acupoints,and then ocular uplifting and pressing method has been formed.Supplementation and drainage are applied together on the same acupoints,and the proportion of supplementation and drainage is regulated according to the disease course and the exuberance and decline of the patient's qi and blood to promote qi movement and free the meridians and vessels.A treatment plan with a complete acupuncture treatment system has been formed,which helps to improve the clinical effect,and reflects the importance of improving the clinical application of traditional acupuncture techniques.
