喉部按摩疗法联合依达拉奉右莰醇注射用浓溶液治疗脑卒中吞咽障碍的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察喉部按摩疗法联合依达拉奉右莰醇注射用浓溶液治疗脑卒中吞咽障碍的临床疗效。方法选取2021年11月至2022年10月接受治疗的脑卒中吞咽障碍患者88例。采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组44例。2组患者均予以常规吞咽功能训练,观察组则在此基础上增加喉部按摩疗法联合依达拉奉右莰醇注射用浓溶液进行治疗。于治疗前和治疗4周后,采用进食评估问卷调查表(EAT-10)、标准吞咽功能评价量表(SSA)和洼田饮水试验(WST)分别评估2组患者的吞咽功能改善情况。结果治疗后2组患者EAT-10评分、SSA评分及WST总体疗效与组内治疗前比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后EAT-10评分、SSA评分、WST总体疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论喉部按摩疗法联合依达拉奉右莰醇注射用浓溶液可显著改善脑卒中吞咽功能,该疗法值得临床推广和应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of laryngeal massage therapy plus edaravone and dexborneol on stroke patients with dysphagia.Methods A total of 88 stroke patients with dysphagia from November 2021 to October 2022 were included and randomly divided into the observation group and control group using a random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.Both groups received routine swallowing function training,while the observation group received additional throat massage therapy plus edaravone and dexborneol.Before and 4 weeks after treatment,the improvements of swallowing function in two groups were evaluated using the Eating Assessment Tool-10(EAT-10),the Standard Swallowing Function Assessment Scale(SSA),and the Wada Drinking Water Test(WST).Results There were significant differences in the EAT-10 score,SSA score,and overall efficacy of WST before and after treatment in both groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the EAT-10 score,SSA score,and overall efficacy of WST in the observation group were significantly superior to those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Throat massage therapy plus edaravone and dexborneol can significantly improve swallowing function in stroke patients,and this therapy is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
