摘　　要：目的分析胰胆舒胶囊辅助治疗急性重症胰腺炎的效果及对血清相关指标的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2022年1月永丰县人民医院收治的急性重症胰腺炎患者80例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各40例,对照组使用血液透析及灌流治疗,观察组则在对照组基础上联用胰胆舒胶囊,比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组治疗总有效率、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平和平均动脉压均高于对照组,且甘油三酯、总胆固醇、脂肪酶、淀粉酶、降钙素原、C反应蛋白水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论胰胆舒胶囊辅助血液透析及灌流治疗急性重症胰腺炎效果显著,能够有效稳定患者血流动力学和脂代谢,同时改善其免疫功能,治疗安全性和实用性较高。Objective To analyze the effect of yidanshu capsules in the adjuvant treatment of acute severe pancreatitis and its influence on serum related indexes.Methods A total of 80 patients with severe acute pancreatitis admitted to Yongfeng County People's Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with hemodialysis and perfusion,and the observation group was treated with yidanshu capsules on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate,high density lipoprotein level and mean arterial pressure in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the levels of triglyceride,total cholesterol,lipase,amylase,procalcitonin and C-reactive protein in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yidanshu capsules with the aid of hemodialysis and perfusion in the treatment of acute severe pancreatitis has significant effects,which can effectively stabilize the hemodynamics and lipid metabolism of patients,and improve their immune function,with high safety and practicability.
