摘  要:新文科建设赋予了外语人才培养新的内涵。高校的外语专业应当重新定位,立足院校的优势和特色,培养学科交叉、知识融合的国际化复合型人才。以外语专业跨学科人才培养为切入点,分析当前外语人才培养存在的问题,通过打造“外语+”课程体系、实施超学科教学模式、建立跨校企实践教学体系、培育跨学科师资队伍和拓宽跨中外人才培养渠道等方面,构建复合型外语人才培养模式,并提出相应的实施建议,旨在为高校外语专业人才培养提供参考。The construction of new liberal arts has given new connotations to the cultivation of foreign language talents.Foreign language majors in universities should be repositioned,based on the advantages and characteristics of the institution,to cultivate international composite talents with interdisciplinary and knowledge integration.Starting from the cultivation of interdisciplinary talents in foreign language majors,this paper analyzes the current problems in foreign language talents cultivation.By creating a“foreign language+”curriculum system,implementing interdisciplinary teaching models,establishing school-enterprise practical teaching systems,cultivating interdisciplinary teaching staff,and expanding channels for sino-foreign talent cultivation,a composite foreign language talent cultivation model is constructed,and corresponding implementation suggestions are proposed,aiming to provide reference for the cultivation of foreign language talents in universities.
