摘　　要：优化棉花合作社治理机制是促进兵团棉花合作社规范发展、提高经营绩效和实现棉花高质量发展的重要举措。本文实地调研兵团30家具有代表性的棉花合作社,分析兵团棉花合作社治理机制现状,发现兵团棉花合作社在民主管理、激励与利益分配、监督机制等方面尚存短板,据此提出重视决策透明与记录归档、改善激励方式与平衡利益分配、完善监督机制与规范财务管理等解决措施,以期优化棉花合作社的治理机制,促进棉花产业高质量发展和职工群众增收。Optimizing the governance mechanisms of cotton cooperatives is an important measure to promote the standardized devel⁃opment of the cotton cooperatives in XPCC,improve operational performance,and achieve high-quality development of cotton.This article conducts field research on 30 representative cotton cooperatives in XPCC,analyzes its current state of the governance mech⁃anisms,and finds that there are still shortcomings in aspects such as democratic management,incentives and benefit distribution,and supervisory mechanisms.Based on this,it proposes solutions such as valuing decision transparency and record archiving,im⁃proving incentive methods and balancing benefit distribution,and perfecting supervisory mechanisms and standardizing financial management.The aim is to optimize the governance mechanisms of cotton cooperatives,promote high-quality development of the cotton industry,and increase income for workers and the masses.
