摘 要:寒区隧道冻害防治已成为制约我国隧道建设和交通发展的重点及难点问题。以泄洪排沙洞Y3隧道为依托工程,利用ANSYS有限元软件,计算不同冻结时间条件下隧道纵向温度场和径向温度场的变化规律,探究随着冻结时间增加隧道围岩冻结深度的变化规律,以及对比分析不同空气幕状态下隧道洞内温度的变化规律。通过对比分析,不采取保温措施情况下,当隧道洞内风速为1m/s、洞外温度为-8℃条件下,6个月冻结期内隧道洞内的冻害长度超过2000m;当空气幕射流温度为10℃情况下,隧道洞内平均温度为-0.27℃左右,不能解决隧道冻害问题;当空气幕射流温度为20℃情况下,隧道洞内温度均维持在2.20℃以上,可预防隧道冻害的发生。The prevention and control of frost damage in tunnels in cold regions has become a key and difficult issue restricting tunnel construction and transportation development in China.Relying on the Y3 tunnel of the flood discharge and sand discharge tunnel,using ANSYS finite element software,we calculate the change laws of the longitudinal and radial temperature fields of the tunnel under different freezing time conditions,explore the change law of the freezing depth of the tunnel surrounding rock with the increase of freezing time,and compare and analyze the change law of the tunnel temperature under different air curtain states.Through comparative analysis,without taking thermal insulation measures,when the wind speed in the tunnel is 1m/s and the outside temperature is-8℃,the length of frost damage in the tunnel within 6 months of freezing period exceeds 2000m.When the jet temperature of the air curtain is 10℃,the average temperature in the tunnel is about-0.27℃,which cannot solve the tunnel frost damage problem.When the jet temperature of the air curtain is 20℃,the temperature in the tunnel is maintained above 2.20℃,which can prevent the occurrence of tunnel frost damage.
