摘  要:目前国内火电机组分散控制系统类别较多,其PID自动控制功能的实现也存在较大差异。而跟踪返回及偏置回路在MCS控制系统调试时并不会重点测试并与其他功能一起进行组合测试。本文针对一起典型的跟踪返回值引用错误引发的输出指令振荡事件进行分析研究,总结此类事件的识别、处置及防范措施,以提示热控相关专业人员在生产及调试过程中关注相关问题并消除同类情况,防止同类型事故的发生。Currently,there are many types of distributed control system in China,and there are also differences in the application of their PID automatic controller.However,the tracking return and bias circuits will not tested specifically or combine with other circuits during the debugging of the MCS control system.This article analyzes and studies a typical output instruction oscillation event caused by a tracking return value reference error,summarizes the identification,disposal,and prevention measures of such events,in order to remind thermal control professionals to pay attention to related issues and eliminate similar situations in the production and debugging process,and prevent the occurrence of similar accidents.
