摘  要:基于创新价值链理论,文章利用中国小微企业调查(CMES)数据研究数字平台对小微企业创新的影响。研究发现,使用数字平台有助于促进小微企业创新能力。其中,在创意产生阶段,数字平台能够提升小微企业开放式合作创新能力;在创意转换阶段,数字平台能够拓展市场规模,进而促进小微企业创新。不过后一个效应受到主要客户类型的影响:当交易对象只有零散客户时,数字平台可以通过市场参与机制提升小微企业的新产品收入;当交易对象为国企或政府等事业单位以及民营企业时,作用效果不显著。文章还发现,数字平台对小微企业创新的作用效果具有行业异质性,而且只有当小微企业有创新需要或创新意识时,数字平台才能促进小微企业创新。这些研究结果丰富了创新价值链理论及其经验证据,并说明小微企业应积极深化对数字平台的使用,主动推进开放式的合作创新,充分挖掘电子商务的潜在价值,将其作为赋能创新的重要工具。Based on the theory of the innovation value chain,this paper utilizes data from the China Small and Micro Enterprises Survey(CMES)to study the impact of digital platforms on the innovation of micro and small enterprises.The study finds that digital platforms help to promote the innovation capabilities of small and micro enterprises.Specifically,in the idea generation phase,the use of digital platforms can enhance the open innovation capabilities of small and micro enterprises.In the idea conversion phase,digital platforms can expand market size,thereby promoting innovation in small and micro enterprises.However,the latter effect is influenced by the type of main customers:when the transaction objects are only scattered customers,digital platforms can enhance the new product revenue of small and micro enterprises through market participation mechanisms;when the transaction objects are state-owned enterprises or government and other institutions,as well as private enterprises,the effect is not significant.This paper also finds that the impact of digital platforms on the innovation of small and micro enterprises exhibits industry heterogeneity.Furthermore,digital platforms can promote innovation in small and micro enterprises only when there is a need or awareness for innovation.The theoretical contributions of this paper are twofold:First,it studies the impact of digital platforms on the innovation of small and micro enterprises from the perspective of the innovation value chain,providing a new perspective for research on this issue.This paper links the theory of the innovation value chain with the uniqueness of small and micro enterprise innovation,highlighting the characteristics of innovation forms at different stages for small and micro enterprises,and clarifying the unique role of digital platforms in the innovation value chain of small and micro enterprises,which helps to expand and deepen the theory of the innovation value chain in the digital economy era.Second,it reveals the specific mechanisms and key inf
