摘 要:汽车转向器摇臂轴通常采用非圆齿扇齿条副来实现转向过程中的非匀速传动,其设计制造大多采用经验和试凑的方法,使得产品开发周期长,效率低。针对企业对汽车转向器摇臂轴非圆齿扇齿条副设计与强度分析校核,尤其是动态啮合过程中应力应变的瞬时状态的需求,基于ANSYS ACT插件设计出摇臂轴非圆齿扇齿条副动态啮合仿真软件完成三维建模与仿真分析。该仿真软件包含创建求解项目、三维参数化建模与有限元仿真参数化3个部分,可实现摇臂轴非圆齿扇齿条副从设计到三维建模再到有限元分析的全流程参数化与模块化。相较于传统设计分析方法,将三维建模与有限元分析集成到Workbench中进行动态啮合仿真分析,极大地提高了汽车摇臂轴非圆齿扇齿条副设计与分析效率。The rocker shaft of automobile steering gear usually adopts non-circular tooth fan rack pair to realize non-uniform transmission in the steering process,and its design and manufacture mostly adopt the method of experience and trial and error,which makes the product development cycle long and the efficiency low.In view of the demand of enterprises for the design and strength analysis and verification of non-circular toothed fan rack pair of rocker shaft of automobile steering gear,especially the instantaneous state of stress and strain during dynamic meshing,this paper designs a dynamic meshing simulation software of non-circular toothed fan rack pair of rocker shaft based on ANSYS ACT plug-in to complete three-dimensional modeling and simulation analysis.The simulation software consists of three parts:creating a solution project,three-dimensional parametric modeling and finite element simulation parameterization,which can realize the parameterization and modularization of the whole process from design to three-dimensional modeling to finite element analysis of non-circular toothed sector rack pair of rocker shaft.Compared with traditional design and analysis methods,3D modeling and finite element analysis are integrated into Workbench for dynamic meshing simulation analysis,which greatly improves the design and analysis efficiency of non-circular toothed sector rack pair of automobile rocker shaft.
