区域图书馆联盟建设实践探析--以安徽省高校数字图书馆为例

摘　　要：文章以安徽省高校数字图书馆为例,从联盟运行机制、文献资源建设、系统平台建设、网络课程建设、服务体系建设等方面,总结归纳高校数字图书馆建设经验和成效,并针对目前联盟运行中存在的问题与不足,从完善联盟管理机制、优化资源保障体系、构建联盟共用平台、创新联盟服务模式等方面提出发展建议,以期为我国区域高校图书馆联盟的建设和发展提供借鉴。Taking Anhui academy digital library as an example,this paper summarizes the construction experience and effectiveness from aspects of operating mechanism of the alliance,literature resource construction,system and platform construction,open online course construction,and service system construction.Some development suggestions are proposed in response to the current problems and shortcomings of the alliance,including improvement of the management mechanism,optimization of the resource guarantee system,construction of a shared platform,and innovation of the service mode,which may provide insights and references for the future development and construction of regional university library alliances in China.
