摘 要:针对安全阀气动噪声问题,结合声类比方程和动网格技术,研究高压储氢安全阀动态开启过程中的流场声场特性。搭建安全阀气动噪声测试试验台,分析阀盘不同角度对安全阀气动噪声特性的影响。结果表明:安全阀声源分布主要集中在阀盘下侧、左右阀腔和出口段,合适的阀盘角度可以减小压力波动,改善压力凝滞现象。结论可为特种阀门国产化提供一定的借鉴。The issue of aerodynamic noise from safety valves is addressed through the integration of the Ffowcs Williams-Hawkings Equation and dynamic mesh techniques,focusing on the acoustic characteristics of the flow field during the dynamic opening process of high-pressure hydrogen storage safety valves.A aerodynamic noise testing platform for safety valves is established,and the impact of different valve disk angles on the aerodynamic noise characteristics is analyzed.Results indicate that the distribution of sound sources from the safety valve is primarily concentrated in the lower side of the valve disk,the left and right chambers,and the outlet section.An appropriate valve disk angle can reduce pressure fluctuations and improve pressure stagnation phenomena.The conclusion can provide valuable insights for the domestic production of specialized valves.
