基于《黄帝内经》从经气运行角度探析大柴胡汤的机制与应用

摘　　要：大柴胡汤首见于张仲景《伤寒论》第103条,主治少阳阳明合病。大柴胡汤的本质是通过少阳阳明两经经气,将少阳“枢”调节之力与阳明“阖”聚合之功,作用于气、血、津液,并通过清热与升降的作用,使气、血、津液在体内平衡。十二经脉的经气运行理论起源于《黄帝内经》,与六经辨证体系关系密切,基于《黄帝内经》,从经气运行角度探析大柴胡汤的生理基础、组方机制、应用指征、现代临床研究等,可扩大大柴胡汤的临床应用范畴。Da Chaihu Tang was first mentioned in Article 103 of Zhang Zhongjing s Shang Han Lun,and it is the main treatment for Shaoyang-Yangming syndrome.The essence of Da Chaihu Tang is that through the meridian qi of Shaoyang-Yangming meridians,the regulating power of Shaoyang“Pivot”and the aggregating power of Yangming“Wrap”are applied to qi,blood and fluids,and through the effects of heat-clearing and elevation,qi,blood and fluids are balanced in the body.The theory of meridian qi operation of the twelve meridians originated from Huangdi Neijing,and Zhongjing s six-meridian system of identification was inherited from Huangdi Neijing,so the six-meridian system of identification is closely related to the theory of meridian qi operation.Based on the six-meridian system of identification in Typhoid Fever Theory,the mechanism of meridian qi operation of Da Chaihu Tang was analyzed and its application was investigated,so as to enlarge the scope of Da Chaihu Tang s clinical application.
