摘 要:唾液酸是九碳酸性单糖家族, 在多种恶性肿瘤中异常表达且与患者预后显著相关。在糖蛋白和糖脂上的糖聚链中添加唾液酸引起的唾液酸化是一种翻译后修饰, 通常存在于糖聚链的末端, 调节多种生理和病理过程。当出现异常唾液酸化时, 肿瘤中免疫逃避、抵抗凋亡和转移增殖等众多关键过程都会受到影响。因此唾液酸化在肿瘤中作用机制的研究对寻找新的肿瘤治疗方法十分有益。文章对唾液酸化和肿瘤的关系进行综述。Sialic acid is a member of the nine-carbonic acidic monosaccharide family,which is abnormally expressed in various malignant tumors and significantly associated with prognosis of patients.The addition of sialic acid to glycoproteins and glycolipids causes sialylation,which is a post-translational modification usually found at the end of glycan chains and regulates various physiological and pathological processes.Abnormal sialylation would affect many critical processes in tumors,including immune evasion,resistance to apoptosis,metastasis and proliferation.Therefore,exploring the mechanisms of sialylation in tumors is beneficial for finding new cancer treatment methods.This article reviews the relationship between sialylation and tumors.
