摘　　要：专科医师规范化培训(专培)是口腔颌面外科毕业后教育的重要组成部分,已经从最初的局部试点转入全面实施阶段。武汉大学口腔医院是全国首批国家级口腔颌面外科专培基地,自2018年至今累计招收学员25名。笔者是我国首批口腔颌面外科专培学员和带教老师,在参与专科医师规范化培训的实践过程中,逐渐发现了一些问题,并进行了广泛讨论和深入思考。本文对此做一介绍,希望对完善和健全我国口腔颌面外科专科医师培训制度有所帮助。[Summary]The standardized training of oral and maxillofacial surgery specialists is an important part of post-graduation education in oral and maxillofacial surgery,and has been transferred from the initial local pilot to the full implementation stage.Hospital of Stomatology,Wuhan University is the first batch of national oral and maxillofacial surgery training bases in China,with a total of 25 students enrolled since 2018.The author is one of the first batch of oral and maxillofacial surgery trainees and instructors in China.In the practice of standardized training of oral and maxillofacial surgeons,we gradually found some problems,and conducted extensive discussions and in-depth thinking.It is hoped that this article will be helpful to improve the training system of oral and maxillofacial surgery specialists in China.
