国家通用语言文字赋能乡村振兴的逻辑理路和实践路径——以江西省东固畲族乡为例

摘　　要：国家通用语言文字可以赋能乡村振兴,少数民族地区的国家通用语言文字能力建设对民族乡发展的重要性正在凸显。当前,在乡村振兴战略背景下,东固畲族民族乡语言文字能力建设的核心任务是加强乡民的国家通用语言文字听、说、读、写能力,要普遍营造国家通用语言文字使用氛围,持续加强在校师生的国家通用语言文字教育,构建“国家通用语言文字+职业技能”培训模式,重点提升青壮年劳动力的国家通用语言文字能力,重视少数民族语言文字资源、地方方言、民俗文化的传承。With the increasing capabilities of the national common language and script in rural revitalization,it is playing a prominent role in the development of the nationality townships in minority regions.In the context of rural revitalization,the core task of language and script capacity building in Donggu She Nationality Township is to strengthen the villagers'abilities in listening,speaking,reading,and writing of the national common language and script.It includes to build an atmosphere for the use of national language,to strengthen national language education for teachers and students in school,to build a“national language+vocational skills”training model,to enhance the national language ability of young and middle-aged labor,to attach great importance to the inheritance of the language and script resources,local dialects,and folk culture in the minority regions.
