民族地区数字经济对乡村振兴的影响研究——基于24个地级市数据的实证分析

摘　　要：民族地区实施乡村振兴战略,应该发挥数字经济的作用。本文基于2001-2021年民族地区24个地级市的数据,采用双向固定效应回归模型考察了民族地区数字经济对乡村振兴的影响及内在机制。研究发现:民族地区数字经济的发展促进了乡村振兴,且相较于民族地区大城市,小城市的促进效应更强。从乡村振兴的子维度来看,与生态宜居、乡风文明和治理有效相比,数字经济对民族地区乡村振兴的促进作用更显现在产业兴旺和生活富裕环节。因此,为促进民族地区的乡村振兴,需加强对数字经济建设的重视和加大投入力度,大力发展数字经济;民族地区小城市要强化数字经济的作用,加大政策扶植力度;让数字经济更好地服务产业发展和居民生活,促进民族地区实现生活富裕、产业兴旺、治理有效、生态宜居和乡风文明。In the implementation of rural revitalization strategy,the role of digital economy in ethnic areas should not be ignored.Based on the data from 24prefecture-level cities in ethnic areas from 2001to 2021,this paper investigates the impact of digital economy on rural revitalization in ethnic areas and its internal mechanism by using a two-way and fixedeffect regression model.The findings show that the development of digital economy in ethnic areas promotes rural revitalization,and the promotion effect in small cities is stronger than that in large cities.From the sub-dimensions of rural revitalization,compared with the dimensions of ecological livability,rural civilization and effective governance,the effect of digital economy in promoting rural revitalization is mainly embodied in industrial prosperity and life prosperity.Therefore,to enhance rural revitalization in ethnic areas,it is necessary to place greater emphasis on the development of digital economy and increase investment in ethnic areas.In addition,small cities in ethnic areas need to strengthen the role of digital economy and increase policy support.And digital economy also should provide better serves for the industrial development and residents' lives in order to achieve a prosperous life,thriving industries,effective governance,ecological livability and rural civilization in ethnic areas.
