摘  要:承插式管片在结构安全性和拼装工艺上相比传统螺栓管片有了长足的进步,同时对于管片和连接件的精度要求也更高。为了确保承插式管片中各项精度满足要求,通过对于成品的三维激光检测数据进行精度分析,同时通过梳理承插式管片和连接件的生产制造工艺,对精度要求较高的环节进行优化控制。以南京江心洲污水收集系统穿越夹江段为工程背景,分析管片制造全周期内精度控制的关键环节,提出了具体的优化控制方案。Compared to the traditional bolted segments,the socket segments have made significant progress in structural safety and assembly technology,and also have the requirements of higher accuracy for segments and connectors.In order to ensure that the accuracy requirements of the socket segment are met,the accuracy analysis is conducted on the 3D laser detection data of the finished product.At the same time,the production and manufacturing processes of the socket segment and connecting parts are sorted out to optimize and control the links with high accuracy requirements.Taking the Nanjing Jiangxinzhou Sewage Collection System crossing the Jiajiang River as the engineering background,the key links of accuracy control within the complete period of segment manufacture are analyzed and the specific optimization control schemes are proposed.
