摘 要:新能源汽车减速器是影响动力总成传递效率的重要零部件,对减速器的润滑和能量损失研究十分有意义,本文改变润滑油量0.8 L至0.7 L时,分析了两种油量的润滑效果,并计算得到正转0.7 L搅油功率0.107 kW优于0.8 L搅油功率0.135 kW,反转0.7 L搅油功率0.115 kW优于0.8 L搅油功率0.181 kW,通过采用MASTA软件计算不考虑搅油损失时最低效率98.6%,采用0.7 L油量考虑搅油损失最低效率98.2%,最大效率差别仅为0.4%,可以选择0.7 L作为润滑油量。The new energy vehicle reducer is an important part that affects the transmission efficiency of the powertrain,and it is of great significance to study the lubrication and energy loss of the reducer.When the lubricating oil volume is changed from 0.8 L to 0.7 L,the lubrication effect of the two oil volumes is analyzed in this paper,and it is calculated that the positive 0.7 L stirring power of 0.107 kW is better than that of 0.8 L stirring power of 0.135 kW.Inverting 0.7 L oil mixing power to 0.115 kW is better than 0.8 L oil mixing power to 0.181 kW.By using MASTA software to calculate the minimum efficiency without considering the oil mixing loss of 98.6%,using 0.7 L oil to consider the minimum efficiency of 98.2%,and the maximum efficiency differential was only 0.4%,0.7 L can be selected as the oil volume.
