摘　　要：“职教20条”强调了模块化教学的重要性。智能传感器模块化教学的落脚点还是要回归到传感器应用方法上。本文以《智能网联汽车测试与装调》课程为例,将该课程的智能传感器以模块化方式进行应用方法的探索。其中智能传感器模块包括超声波雷达传感器、毫米波雷达传感器、激光雷达传感器、单目相机模块、双目相机模块、惯性导航模块。本文以上智能传感器模块进行安装、标定、测试、数据协议解析的应用方法进行教学探索。通过在智能传感器应用方法的探索,可以把技能需求点对点地灌输给学生,提升学生的技术技能。以上智能传感器应用方法的探索,衔接了行业和企业对智能传感器需要的技能点,对接了行业企业标准和智能网联汽车测试岗位。"20 vocational education"emphasizes the importance of modular teaching.The focus of modular teaching of intelligent sensors still needs to return to the sensor application methods.This article takes the course"Intelligent Connected Vehicle Testing and Installation"as an example to explore the application methods of the smart sensors in this course in a modular way.The intelligent sensor modules include ultrasonic radar sensors,millimeter wave radar sensors,lidar sensors,monocular camera modules,binocular camera modules,and inertial navigation modules.This article explores the application methods of installation,calibration,testing,and data protocol analysis of the above intelligent sensor modules.By exploring the application methods of smart sensors,we can instill skill requirements into students point-to-point and improve their technical skills.The above exploration of smart sensor application methods connects the skill points required by industries and enterprises for smart sensors,and connects industry and enterprise standards with smart connected vehicle testing positions.
