摘　　要：目的 探讨移动医疗模式下的精准管理联合链式亲情护理模式对血液透析患者营养状态、自护能力和希望水平的改善作用。方法 选择2021年1月-2023年1月天津市和平区中医医院收治的60例血液透析患者,随机分为常规组和观察组各30例。常规组接受常规护理方案干预,观察组在其基础上加用移动医疗模式下的精准管理联合链式亲情护理模式干预。比较两组干预前后的营养相关指标、自我护理能力和希望水平。结果 干预后,观察组血磷低于常规组,而前白蛋白、身体细胞量和去脂体重高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组自我护理能力量表和Herth希望量表评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在血液透析患者中应用移动医疗模式下的精准管理联合链式亲情护理模式干预,能改善营养相关指标,提高自我护理能力和希望水平。Objective To explore the improvement of precision management under mobile healthcare mode combined with chain like family care model to the nutritional status,self-care ability and hope level of hemodialysis patients.Methods Sixty hemodialysis patients admitted to Heping District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Tianjin from January 2021 to January 2023 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 30 patients in each group.The routine group received routine nursing,while the observation group received precision management under the mobile medical mode combined with a chain of family care additionally.The nutritional indicators,self-care ability,and hope level between two groups before and after intervention ere compared.Results After intervention,the level of blood phosphorus of observation group was lower than that of the control group,while the levels of prealbumin,body cell count,and lean body weight of observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of self-care ability scale and Herth Hope Scale of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of precision management under the mobile medical model combined with chain like family care model in hemodialysis patients can improve nutrition related indicators,enhance self-care ability and hope level.
