摘 要:深拉伸整体制造技术作为一种先进的金属成型技术,具有材料利用率高、产品强度高、生产效率高等优势。该技术应用于新能源电动汽车电池箱体制造过程,不仅能实现轻量化、高强度和高可靠性目标,还能有效提高生产效率、降低成本。本文针对新能源电动汽车电池箱体的轻量化需求展开分析,深入探讨深拉伸整体制造技术的原理与特点,并结合具体案例从多个维度出发分析新能源电动汽车轻量化电池箱体深拉伸整体制造技术的应用要点。As an advanced metal forming technology,deep drawing monolithic manufacturing technology has the advantages of high material utilization,high product strength and high production efficiency.The application of this technology in the manufacturing process of new energy electric vehicle battery case can not only realize the goal of lightweight,high strength and high reliability,but also effectively improve production efficiency and reduce costs.This paper analyzes the lightweight demand for new energy electric vehicle battery box,discusses the principle and characteristics of deep drawing overall manufacturing technology,and analyzes the application of deep drawing overall manufacturing technology for new energy electric vehicle lightweight battery box from multiple dimensions with specific cases.
