摘　　要：柴油发动机具备高效燃烧和高扭矩输出的特性,广泛应用于汽车,特别是重型车辆。对于柴油发动机汽车而言,汽车的整体性能在很大程度上依赖于柴油发动机的表现。本文系统地分析了柴油发动机关键零部件的质量对汽车动力性能、燃油经济性以及排放性能的影响,并提出了提升零部件质量的一系列具体措施,包括选用高性能材料、优化生产工艺、提高加工装配精度、严格执行质量管理体系、应用先进的检测技术。这些措施对于提升柴油发动机汽车的整体性能具有重要意义。Diesel engines are characterized by high combustion efficiency and high torque output,and are widely used in automobiles,especially heavy-duty vehicles.For diesel engine automobiles,the overall performance of the automobile depends largely on the performance of the diesel engine.This paper systematically analyzes the impact of the quality of key diesel engine components on the power performance,fuel economy and emission performance of automobiles,and proposes a series of specific measures to improve the quality of components,including the selection of high-performance materials,optimization of the production process,improvement of machining and assembly precision,strict implementation of the quality management system,and the application of advanced testing technology.These measures are of great significance for improving the overall performance of diesel engine vehicles.
