摘  要:汽车行业的持续发展对人才的要求日益提升,传统的中职汽修专业实训模式已经不能满足现阶段汽车行业对优质人才的需要。任务驱动理念下的中职汽车专业实训教学有助于培养学生的实践能力和创新意识,促进学生牢固掌握汽车维修知识与技能并灵活应用,满足汽车行业发展的需求。本文基于任务驱动教学理念,提出了优化中职汽修专业教学工作的可行策略。The continuous development of the automobile industry is increasingly demanding for talents,and the traditional practical training mode of secondary vocational automobile repair specialty can no longer meet the needs of the automobile industry for quality talents at this stage.The task-driven concept of secondary automobile professional practical training teaching helps to cultivate students' practical ability and innovative consciousness,and promotes students to firmly grasp the knowledge and skills of automobile maintenance and apply them flexibly,so as to meet the needs of the development of the automobile industry.Based on the taskdriven teaching concept,this paper puts forward a feasible strategy to optimize the teaching work of secondary vocational automobile repair profession.
