摘　　要：精神分裂症认知功能损害出现早且持续存在, 是精神分裂症核心症状, 严重影响患者社会功能。2022年, 欧洲精神病学协会《精神分裂症认知功能损害评估指引》发布了最新证据报告和系统评价结果。指引提出应对所有精神分裂症患者进行全面详实的认知评估, 且提前至早期干预阶段。本文结合指引推荐和国内外研究现状, 从精神分裂症认知功能损害的定义、影响、评估工具的选择、认知评估的局限性进行总结;同时联系国内临床实践实际, 概述目前国内精神分裂症认知评估的发展与不足, 提出适用于中国人群的临床简易问题清单有待开发, 以帮助医生快速识别认知功能损害。Cognitive impairment in schizophrenia emerges early and persists,is a core symptom that severely affects social functioning.In 2022,the European Psychiatric Association published the"European Psychiatric Association guidance on assessment of cognitive impairment in schizophrenia",presenting the latest evidence and systematic review results.The guidance recommends comprehensive and detailed cognitive assessments for all individuals with schizophrenia,emphasizing the phase of early intervention.In conjunction with the recommendations of the guidance and the current state of research both domestically and internationally,this article provides an overview of cognitive impairment in schizophrenia,including definition,impact,selection of assessment tools,and limitations of cognitive assessments.It also connects with clinical practice in China,outlining the development and shortcomings of cognitive assessments for schizophrenia.It is suggested that a clinically simple questionnaire suitable for the Chinese population is needed to help physicians quickly identify cognitive impairment.
