摘　　要：尽管精神分裂症患者的社会认知受损现象普遍存在, 但如何有效评估以及评估的临床价值仍需要进一步讨论。2022年, 欧洲精神病学协会《精神分裂症认知功能损害评估指引》的发布为该领域的研究和临床实践提供了指导性意见。本文将针对该指引中提及的精神分裂症社会认知评估的推荐内容, 结合中国临床现状, 分析临床开展评估的必要性、有效性和可行性。Although social cognitive impairment is commonly observed in patients with schizophrenia,how to effectively assess it and the clinical value of such evaluations warrant further discussion.In 2022,the release of the"European Psychiatric Association guidance on assessment of cognitive impairment in schizophrenia"provided guidance for research and clinical practices in this field.This article aims to analyze the necessity,effectiveness,and feasibility of conducting assessments in clinical settings based on the recommended approaches outlined in the guidance,considering the current clinical landscape in China.
